Hi, I've not used my PayPal account for a few years and since moved address. I purchased an item today and received an email from PayPal stating my old address. How do I alter/notify this change?

The seller has to post to the paypal registered address at the time you paid.

So you need to contact the seller > ask them to cancel / refund > then you can update your address > resend the payment.
