cannot set up the business account

Dear Community Members,

 

I populated the business account registration form according to the instruction.  I then received an email to activate my account, again I followed the instruction until last page.  The system prompts me "We're sorry, something went wrong".  Please help to advise what should I do.  Many thanks for your help.
