According to online help, you should be able to reprint the scan form by going to bulk mail, click purchased label, click select all, drop down bulk actions and choose print shipping label. but when I do this I get the message 'Something went wrong, please try again. Can anyone help get this bug fixed. Thankyou,
NO ONE from PayPal has an answer to this... I have been getting the run around for nearly a week now! It's important and it shouldn't be a difficult question to answer, yet everyone I've dealt with has no idea what an effing scan form is, so of course they can't help! All older posts describe process steps that are not longer available.
