Does anyone know how to speak with a person at Paypal? I have a question about a payment that hasn't posted to my account but whenever I call the customer service line, as soon as I get put in the queue to speak with a person about 10 seconds after the hold music starts, the system hangs up on me. I've now tried about 10 different times and the same thing each time.
I have called several different times over a period of many days and weeks and I continually make my way through the lengthy questions to get to a rep and then get disconnected. It has been SO frustrating.
Called PayPal. Told 38 to 50 minute wait and they will call me. They call in about 50 minutes and I press "1" to confirm I am the person to speak to. I am placed on hold with music and then disconnected a minute later. What a joke of a system. Going to try email.
