I am a Buyer who has used paypal to send a test run to the seller of $1.00 but he only receive $0.65 and not the $1.00

Fees are deducted from buyers payments and the remainder credited to the sellers balance.

Did you think paypal was free? How do you think they fund the service and pay their staff?
