hi.. wanna ask as im new seller...i got a payment using this scheme i.e: buyer paid me $1 but PP deduct $.34 and im only receiving $.66, so what gonna be with that $.34 charged? is it returnable as the buyer got the item or PP keep it? thanks

The $.34 is PayPal fee for using PayPal to receive payments so PayPal keeps that. How do you think PayPal makes its money to run the service, keep the servers online, pay employees and all that. 🙂
