so I just sold a game account for first time, and the only time, throw services payment which there is buyer and seller protection so when the buyer confirmed the receipt he cant open dispute to get his money back right?

Nope, he may still be able to open a dispute for item received but not as described OR unauthorised payment or a chargeback.
That is why you need to read up on seller protection to see what you are covered for and what you are not and then risk assess your own transactions.
