Bought item on Ebay, then says seller was hacked & sale canceled but payment is stuck pending?
I bought an item and ebay notified me on both about buying from a compromised account so my payment was stuck in pending in paypal.
I tried Ebays resolution center for canceling, refunding, not getting the item, and returning it but the sale doesnt exist since it was canceled and terminated by Ebay and I never technically paid for it so the system said it could not help since I wasnt "buying or selling the item" but the money is stuck in pending.
I cant contact the buyer. How can I get my money back?
