i recently had to update my account with paypal as i had not used it in quite awhile after three different customer reps. and four hours of nonsense i end up having to answer an array of security questions from a person i could barely understand. part of that was if i ever was affiliated with certain phone numbers that i may have had from many years back...REALLY?? who remembers every number they ever had? so, i failed the security test and was told i would have to go through the entire process again i basically told the "barely english speaking rep" to GO AWAY! so much for paypal anybody ever have a similar experience? i just wanted to make one transfer for goodness sakes
