Hey Community! 

 

I am trying to link a bank account to my pp account. I have followed all of the steps multiple times, trying to link a card, trying to link an account, linking with my password, linking with my account, transit and branch numbers (yup all correct numbers - I even checked with the bank) and for the last week I have been getting the same messages over and over - we are not able to help at this time. 

 

Being that there are only bots responding to email and no customer service centre at all - can anyone let me know what I may be doing wrong. 

 

I am trying to link to a Canadian bank account that is in US funds (out of desperation, I have also tried with my CDN funds account, also to no avail.). All of my payments have come from US customers and are therefore in US$.

 

Any support would be greatly appreciated.
