The seller would need to see your address to send your item.
So if you are sending a goods / services payment OR paying an invoice or money request then your address would always show even if you were buying a virtual item.
The only time it does not show is if you are using the friends / family option as you are then sending a 'gift' but DO NOT use that option for purchases as you would have NO PAYPAL BUYER PROTECTION.
