what is the additional fee, that appears on my transaction statements, that is marked paid to "Ebay Australia and NewZealand Pty Limited", around 10% only on some transactions only?
ie I buy something for $24 and I get another charge of $2.40 debited as well, says it relates to previous purchase? same date as well.
