adding date of birth

Hiya

Just joined paypal...

On my notifications it keeps coming up with.. 'I NEED TO UPDATE MY D.O.B' i tap in my dob details, then press SAVE AND CLOSE, then press the SUBMIT button and it does'nt do anything... it just stays on that page for ages...   Is there something i'm missing?

Seems to be an ongoing paypal glitch that lots of users are experiencing.
Your only option is to phone customer services and see if they will add it manually for you.

I also have this problem, I am deaf so cannot use phone to contact anyone, tried the chat, been on it over 2 days, still no reply
