account type

I originally had a personal PayPal account. In order to offer recurring payments, I thought I had to set up a business account, so I attempted to switch account types. However, halfway through the process, I realized I did not qualify for a business account, so I closed the page. Now, whenever I try to log into PayPal, It takes me straight to the business account application. I can no longer log into my previous personal account. Although I never successfully completed the process, it still recognizes me as a business account, but I'm stuck in limbo! How can I undo or revert?

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
