Withdrawing money in Qatar from Qatari Bank Account.

Hello, I hope you all are fine and doing well, I would like to ask that can we withdraw money from PayPal account to other bank account (non US)? Or only USA bank accounts are allowed for that? I am in Qatar and have Qatari bank account. Thank you, Kind Regards
