Withdrawal of Funds / Limited Access Issue

I've been trying to withdraw my funds today but it says there's an issue with my Paypal account. I go to the resolution center to resolve this matter but when I was directed to the resolution center, it says it has no cases in my current queue.
I have already complied for the regulatory requirements by completing my identity confirmation.
Can you please help me so I can withdraw my funds? I look forward for your help.
