Dear, sir I am from nepal. I would like to tell you that we are facing many problems regarding this paypal. It's a world wide payment system but why it isn't working in my country. PayPal is available in Nepal to send payments, however it is currently not possible to use your account to receive funds. We have no time frame of when/if this is will be available.
