Trying to set up a business account with PayPal Estonia.
Have tried about 20 times to create a support request, it keeps instructing me that i can only do so in 'business hours'. When are business hours exactly? You would think it would at least tell me instead of throwing such a useless error message.
Which brings me to my next question, why can't i create support tickets outside of business hours? That is truly a horrible design flaw. 😞
I guess finally, how can i actually receive support for my business account? Stripe has support for me available 24 hours a day, there is no excuse for how poor this PayPal service is.
