Why is the PayPal Banner with the LOGOUT button gone from my Summary Page?

In the last couple of weeks, there seems to be a change made somewhere along the line. I can no longer click the LOGOUT button on the PayPal Banner from my Summary Page. The whole banner is gone so I have no options to go anywhere else on the site (Activity, Reports etc). I have to create an "error" to get a screen that will permit me to LOGOUT. Did I miss a memo somewhere along the way...?

Refresh the browser or clear out browser cache/paypal cookies and restart device. Update browser if needed and restart device.

To logout, click logout button link in your Paypal account when the logout button is missing. at https://www.paypal.com/bizcomponents/logout. You can also view the Paypal account navigation panel - with Logout Button here https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_add-funds
