I don't understand why the Ebay customer service is not working due to corona, not on the phone, not by mail (automatic bots only). Since paypal is a completely digital platform, it should be possible to arrange some kind of customer service. I have some problems, and when I post them here in the community, I get a "solution" from a paypal worker to "contact customer service".
Why is paypal customer service closed due to the cornovirus????? This service can easily be provided as a work at home situation and allow workers to work!!!! LITERALLY everything about this is wrong! I use paypal as a means of "security & trust" when shopping online, which happens to be the only way to currently shop given the circumstances, and now when I have an issue I can't even contact customer service to help me!!! WTF!!!! I am DONE with paypal!!!! Absolutely horrible way to conduct business.
