Why is PayPal charging me a fee on the taxes that eBay collects?

Pretty simply cut straight. So is this correct? If I sell an item for $10 & eBay collects $2 tax for a total transaction of $12., does PayPal charge me their fee based on the $12. Sounds like a tax man question - for the FEDs that is.

I glad I'm not the only one who sees the underhanded illegality of UpayitPal ....

looks like it will need to  go to a class action lawsuit....any lawyers on it let me know

I have a long list of Paypal infractions to hammer them with.
