Why have I been charged for a friend sending me money?

I have many a time sent Paypal to friends and recieved Paypal from friends, never been charged anything. Today a friend has sent me £150.

£116.58 via her balance and £33.42 via her bank. No credit card was involved here.

I received the cash only to see a £7.55 charge for receiving it? What is going on?
