I've called https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call which is supposed to be customer service 15 times over the last 3 days. Every time i enter my one time passcode, i go through the prompts and wait to speak to a customer service agent. The line rings a few times, then hangs up on me. I've tried any combination of requests and prompts but it always the same. Phone rings, than hangs up.
