Why did all the info in my account change to Arabic???

I'm in the US, I logged into my account and when I tried to access a FAQ topic everything changed to Arabic - at least that's what it looks like.  What gives?

In the url of the FAQ page, switch out the two letters after PayPal.com with "us" for usa and it should give you English language.
