Dear PayPal, I have added some money 3 times to my PayPal account via Triv.co.id and got no charge. But today at fourth I added USD 100 to my PayPal account via Triv.co.id by Qeila, I got charge USD 4.2. So my money didn't full add to my PayPal account. Who takes this charge / fee, is it PayPal or Triv? Thank you. Best regards, Bambang S.
