Where is the sending money to family and friends option ?

Hi. I want to ask. Why I don't get the sending money to family and friends option? 

I remember I use that option a lot of time before. Why now it is gone ? I just want to send money to my friend that is in the same country.

Can any one tell me what is going on ?

Paypal stopped that option for your country a while back.
