Where is the money

Did a paypal to paypal transactions and there is no "pending" status listed anywhere.

The recipient still has not received their money .

Online it state it may take up to 30 minutes, it's been over 30 minutes.

Before i sent the money i I tested a .01 transaction and it was received.

The test amount hasn't showed on my activity list either. 

Can someone help me understand what is going on. 

Is this normal?

It would help if you said what countries you were in.

Also which payment type you selected.

Also what does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?
