Where is Live Chat?

Hi Everybody,

A couple days ago I contacted a representative directly through a paypal live chat. It was very helpful, and in my opinion the easiest way to contact them. Now I can't seem to find it for my life, or even ANY proof that it ever existed on the internet. It's making me go crazy because 100% of the people on the internet say there is no live chat, even though I have used it multiple times, and would really like to use it again. If you could help me reach that again or give me the details on when it's available that would be greeat.

I had the same experience. It exists. I used it. It vanished.

Its being tested on the North American market, but not yet available on other markets at the mo according to one of the moderators.

Used it on my phone. Can't find it anywhere and there is an hour wait currently for voice help.

I relate to every word you said, it simply vanished after using it once (2weeks ago) like it never ever existed o_o
