What to do next?

My first time using paypal and I am being told that my first transaction is not correct on the recipient's end  They are saying I put them as buyer but I don't see that anywhere.  What do I do now to help them get their money fast?

Sounds as if you are buyer and they are the seller???

If so then if they are selling you used the correct option and should choose the payment for seller option.

If they are asking you to use the friends/family option then do not do so as you would negate your buyer protection and its against paypal rules for a seller to ask you to pay that way.

Tell them if they don't send your item you will file a dispute for non receipt of item.
