Hi everyone. I wish to find out what time of the day is the best to reach the Paypal customer service. I am in Germany and for a month now I have been trying to reach the customer service of Paypal on phone to no avail. I have even had to wait for over half an hour and at the end I had to hang up because no agent responded. For all my calls, my average waiting time is 15 minutes and I still never get received. I call them through the German number
