Hi all, According to Paypal's document, the response of inquiry transaction contains TRANSTIME which tell the time that the transaction occur:
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/payflow/integration-guide/#submitting-inquiry-transactions . The time is in yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss, there is no timezone. My question is how can we know for sure the timezone of the transtime that we get from this response? I tried and I can sure that it is not the timezone that we set in the PayPal Manager's account setting. Thank you
