What is the email to complain to paypal

PayPal makes it incredibly difficult to find the email address to file a complaint with the company. Can anyone please enlighten me as to what that address is? PayPal has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and if they didn't have a monopoly on online payments I would never do business with them. PayPal is the source of my greatest aggravation in online Commerce. I cannot wait for somebody to come out with a different company so I could never do business with them again.

4. You can send them a personal message via their Twitter page @ AskPayPal for Twitter
5. You can use the message centre in your paypal account.
