Hello, I'd like to ask about what are fees for sending money to Egyptian PayPal account.

please help me answer this question too:

1-are the fees taken from transferred money or from client PayPal?

2-what are total fees for sending 10$ from the U.S to Egypt?

3- from docs the fixed fees is 0.3$ and 3% that means 0.33$ for sending 10$ is that true or not?
