I got an email from PayPal saying that I needed to send them a photo of a Vanilla Visa Gift card before they released the funds to me. I was selling a purse and the buyer wants a gift card included...however I've never had this happen and it screams scam to me. She wants it to be a surprise for her niece. I don't have the money to even purchase the gift card without the funds. If need be I can copy and paste what it says.
Its a scam, fake paypal texts or emails, no funds in your paypal balance and never will be, they only want the gift card code and you won't hear from them again, paypal would never tell you to do that.
