I am trying to send some cash from my Paypal balance to a friend and keep on getting this message!

Some info would help.

Is your friend in the same country.

Is the transaction being done in sterling.

are the funds in your paypal balance cleared and not pending.

what other funding sources do you have linked to your paypal account?

what funding source have you selected as your primary.

have you double checked the email addy you are sending the payment to.

has your friend got any limitations on his account.

I think you have to wait until Paypal get some new money in from new customers ...

Basically they do not always have enough money to pay every body ...

So you just have to wait your turn ...

I have looked into this in detail ...

And it is the only explanation i have heard that makes sense to me ...
