Wating for Refund

Hi I made a purchase from eBay and paid to the seller from PayPal.It was a scam item. And asking for a refund already open a case not receiving anything from PayPal. seller not responding, still waiting. I don’t know how long more I should wait. please help me thank you

Have you opened an Ebay dispute or a Paypal dispute?

Which dispute did you open?

If a paypal one then have you escalated the dispute to a claim?
