Waiting on hold. How long is normal?

So, I called in earlier and was cut off after finally getting a human on online (happened at my end by accident). So called right back. Been 2 hours and 32 minutes on hold now. Is that normal?

up to 3-4 hours at max if its really busy

Rubbish you don't even know what country they are in and if the phone option is available in their country.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). However there are times when you may not get answered at all.
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
