I've been calling since around 5:59 this morning and the stupid automated line keeps saying they're closed. Just to turn around and say their regular business hours are from 5:00 am to 10 pm. This is very frustrating. When am I supposed to call and how am I supposed to reach an actual person, because the automated service is TERRIBLE. Thanks in advance for any help.
