I placed an order for something on June 17, 2020 through paypal using my bank as the source from which the funds should be taken. Paypal lists that transaction as though the funds will be taken from my paypal balance. The bank also shows the transaction and indicates the money will be taken from my account. Am I being charged twice once by paypal and once by the bank? The only difference is there is a small + in front of the Paypal transaction. Does that mean the money will be coming from a source different from Paypal? I have never noticed this before and have used my bank as the source on many occasions. It's ok if I have misinterpreted but would like the know the answer. Of course I can't get through to anyone at paypal.
