I opened my account within the past hour and sent a small $$$ amount as a test. That went thru just fine.
And I wanted to send a higher $$$ amount to the same person but PayPal says they can't verify it's me bc they can't reach me at my phone number which is the correct number. I have tried this several times w/ no success. My phone never has a problem receiving texts or phone calls
