Was looking at a vehicle and I have the transaction number how can I confirm it is legit?
You would have a transaction number if you payed for the vehicle with PayPal.
PayPal doesn't offer Buyer Protection for vehicles. The only time PayPal should ever be used to buy any motorized vehicle or boat, would be to pay a small deposit, until you can view the vehicle in person.
