Using Paypal with your AppleID

I have been using paypal with my appleid for about a year now. I broke my phone and had to get a new one. And now it doesn't  work. How can i fix this?

1. Go to Account Settings (wheel icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

2. Select merchant, click Cancel on the right.

3. Then go to Apple/iTunes whatever and re-link your PayPal account to it.
