Hey there I’m fairly new to using paypal and was hoping to get some answers. I have found an opportunity to get an RTX 3090 for MSRP from someone online, spoke to the individual and he showed me the card working in action and benchmarking it so I can hopefully say its legit. We both plan on using paypal and him agreeing to us using paypal protection but I’m having trouble “adding” him on paypal and making a request for the item with paypal protection. How exactly do you get this setup safely? Thanks in advance.
