We are a consulting company in Estonia, helping entrepreneurs to establish and run their companies 100% online, remotely via Estonian e-Residency program powered by The Republic of Estonia.
Some of our clients that have companies abroad where the PayPal does not operate, want to establish a company in Estonia to continue their EU-based sales operations by using PayPal Business service. (Their clients are in EU and want to pay via PayPal)
They have registered Estonian company with a legal address in Estonia also a bank account for their Estonian companies. However, they live in a country where PayPal does not operate.
Is it a problem for PayPal policies and do they face any problem in the future?
