I use Paypal to receive funds from PeoplePerHour and Freelancer. I never pay a penny of fee to receive funds. This time I received fee from Upwork and Paypal has debited a good 20 USD from the amount, this is around 7% of total amount received.
Upwork has already charged me 2 USD for withdrawing funds.
