I am trying to set up my non profit charity paypal account. It requires me to upload the bank statement. I have tried to upload it in jpeg and pdf format (which is what they require) in two different browsers (Safari and Chrome). It keeps telling me "Oops, something has gone technically wrong." Anybody have any suggestions???? It is driving me nuts, as this is day 3 of me trying. I do have a call and an email into paypal. Not expecting a reply anytime soon! Thank you so much!
