Upgrade To Business Account - Not Working - Looping Webpage

Hello all,

 

I'm trying to upgrade my account to business - when I click that link it asks me for the business type - I choose that - Then is asks me for my email address address, I enter that. It asks me to log in, then it loops back to asking me the business type.

 

Any ideas how to fix this?
