Would it be too much to ask that these emails summarize the changes so we don't have to wade through the agreement to see if we can somehow determine what has changed?
I highly recommend reading the agreement. You'll find out some very telling and interesting stuff about how your PayPal account works. Its not a boring read either. A lot of "Ah hah" moments.
