I had a customer make a $1651.00 payment to me through paypal and for some reason there is a $48.18 fee charged to me. I can't find an explanation. I had a similar payment made a few days later with no fee attached. Can anyone explain why I was charged this fee?

Sellers pay fees, thats how paypal make a profit to run the business and pay their staff, they aren't a charity.
FEES are in paypals user agreement.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
