Unresolved payment from May8th

Since May 8, I am unable to withdraw funds from PayPal account. Every time I call them they say it is a technical issue. They are not resolving the issue nor are they sending me an email as to what is the problem. Worst experience ever. No supervisor cones on line. Call centre person says they do not have access to back end. Backend team has been sitting on this issue for a month. What do I do?? Viren Desai

No idea really only customer services can answer that one especially as you have neither posted what country you are in on your profile or bothered to say where you are !!
